A self-paced Career Clarity program of 10-part-course that takes you through The STEPS Career System one video at a time. You’ll discover what’s next for you on your professional journey, whether clarifying your future job goals or exploring entrepreneurial possibilities. 

Each video is under 10 minutes and comes complete with exercises. Lessons are available anytime, anywhere on your smartphone or personal computer. 


Job Search/Discovery Program I Video Tutorials

 Friends don’t let friends job search alone. In this online, 10-part video program, we’ll provide you with answers, direction, and support so your job search is faster and more effective. We’ll cover résumé styles, LinkedIn profiles, interview preparation, negotiating salaries, and more.

 

Résumé Love Program I Video Tutorials

In this 14-minute mini-course, you’ll learn resume writing from a recruiter’s perspective.

We’ll cover how to create a competitive, effective résumé that gets you results, complete with recommended resume templates.

Private one-on-one coaching

In a 60-minute interactive session, the SCA Career Coach focuses solely on the individual, providing actionable steps and infrastructure to support your career transition or job search. The STEPS Career Academy offers a range of career counseling and coaching services, including career assessments, job search strategies, resume writing, interview coaching, and career development planning.

Yes, The STEPS Career Academy offers virtual consultations via phone or video conferencing. This allows us to work with clients from anywhere in the world.

Individual consultations with The STEPS Career Academy typically last between 60 and 90 minutes, depending on the specific services you require.  Video tutorials are self‑guided and self‑paced, allowing you to learn on your own schedule and revisit lessons anytime. 

Sessions are scheduled in advance and conducted either virtually or in person, depending on your preference. Every meeting is designed to help you make steady, confident progress toward your next career step. 

Your privacy is a priority. All information shared during coaching sessions or through the STEPS Career Academy is kept confidential and used solely to support your career development. Personal details, documents, and discussions are never shared with outside parties unless you provide explicit consent or a referral is requested to enhance your support. 

We understand that schedules can change. To cancel or reschedule a coaching session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing the session credit. Any changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be considered a completed session. For assistance with cancellations or rescheduling, please contact Hello@thestepscareeracademy.com

Yes. Members receive access to a variety of learning materials, including self‑guided, self‑paced video tutorials, worksheets, and career development resources. Additional tools or documents may also be shared during coaching sessions when helpful to your goals.
